The Master of Arts in Corporate Communication is one of the online fully online corporate communications programs in western Pennsylvania.

The study of communication is important to virtually every profession that involves working with people - education, advertising and public relations, management, marketing, health care, social and public services, politics and other organizational and institutional contexts, both public and private.

When you enroll in PennWest’s Master of Arts in Corporate Communication program, you will be mentored by experienced faculty and have the opportunity to participate in internships and practicums that build your confidence and professional network.

Online classes are both synchronous and asynchronous so, depending on your plan of study and capstone, you can earn your degree in three or four semesters. There is also a thesis option if you are interested in pursuing doctoral study or other terminal degrees.

Upon completion of the master’s degree, you will be prepared to advance your professional career, work with and serve others in diverse communities with dignity and respect, and understand the complexities associated with learning and communicating ethical and cultural values.

  6. To become proficient in designing and conducting organizational communication audits that promote corporate effectiveness, fairness and sustainable professional relationships

Admissions Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution
  • Cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or greater
  • GRE or MAT if GPA is below 3.0
