My PennWest

PennWest's Master of Professional Accountancy focuses on accounting knowledge, principals and practices.

Prepare to meet the requirements of the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam while you add value to your career with PennWest’s Master of Accountancy (M.Acc) online degree.

Unlike an MBA, which may offer several different concentrations, the M.Acc program focuses specifically on accounting knowledge, principles and practices. This program aims to equip you with the skills and confidence that it takes to be a leader in the accounting industry and, in conjunction with other study materials, will assist you with the CPA exam as well as other relevant industry certifications.

The program curriculum expands upon the skills learned at the undergraduate level to incorporate professional research and utilize the most current and relevant tools, including research software and workflow programs. For example, as a student you will get hands-on experience in conducting research within the FASB Accounting Standards Codification the authoritative source for generally accepted accounting principles.

You will learn from expert faculty who are highly qualified and have significant industry experience. Upon completion of the M.Acc. program, you will have a distinct competitive advantage in the marketplace.

This program is for you if...
