My PennWest

Enhance the value of your graduate program with this conflict resolution post-baccalaureate certificate.

Conflict touches every aspect of modern life – our families, schools, workplaces, and communities. On a global scale, issues such as climate change require nations and organizations to work together toward shared solutions.

While many of us instinctively avoid conflict, it rarely resolves on its own. The encouraging truth is that conflict is not inherently negative. When managed effectively, it can fuel innovation, strengthen relationships, and promote growth across individuals, organizations, and society.

Because conflict is universal, the ability to navigate it has become an essential skill. PennWest’s conflict resolution post-baccalaureate certificate provides a valuable, integrative credential that complements any graduate degree.

This certificate may be especially appealing to students in business administration, communication, counseling, criminal justice, education, legal studies, nursing, and social work.

This program is for you if...
