Admissions Process

Step 1 - Get a Courtesy Evaluation

Our goal is to ensure that you receive a fair and timely assessment of all your transfer credits. PennWest evaluates transfer credits from schools where students have earned a grade of C or better in coursework. Pennsylvania's statewide transfer system guarantees your credits will transfer from Pennsylvania community colleges, Lackawanna College or one of the 10 Pennsylvania State System schools. We also review military credits, Prior Learning Assessment (PLA), and CLEP/ DANTES/ AP. PennWest Gobal Online helps transfer students make important changes easy and seamless. Step 2 - Submit Your Application

Complete the undergraduate admission application online. To get started, click "Apply Now" to visit the application portal and log in or create a new account.

Step 3 - Send In Your Transcripts

For first-year admission, request to have your transcripts sent directly to PennWest from each educational institution you attended.
